Job Description
We are seeking aLab Computing Analyst to support critical laboratory technology initiatives, with a primary focus onWindows upgrades and asset management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Windows 11 environments, troubleshooting hardware and software, managing IT assets, and providing technical support within laboratory or other complex environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Support two key initiatives:Windows Upgrade andAsset Management.
- Perform hands-onWindows 11 upgrades, computer imaging, system configuration, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolvehardware and software issues across laboratory and computing environments.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment support, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Replace, upgrade, and maintain computing equipment and related machinery as needed.
- Provide technical support foradvanced laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Track IT assets and maintain accurate equipment and configuration records.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to systems, assets, troubleshooting, and support activities.
- Work with ticketing and project management tools such asServiceNow and Jira.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on Windows 11 experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience withWindows upgrade projects, including:
- Windows 11 upgrades
- Computer imaging
- Machine deployment and configuration
- Strong troubleshooting skills acrosshardware and software.
- Experience replacing, upgrading, or maintaining IT equipment and machinery.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supportinglaboratory computing environments or advanced laboratory instruments.
- Experience in thepharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industry.
- Experience withServiceNow, Jira, asset tracking, and documentation management.
- Experience working with specialized or regulated laboratory environments.
Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Working Environment & Physical Requirements
- Ability to work within alaboratory or controlled environment while following applicable safety procedures and wearing required PPE, such as lab coats and safety glasses.
- Comfortable working in afast-paced environment where priorities and job demands may change quickly.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for more than25% of the workday.
- Ability to frequently move between laboratories, corridors, adjoining rooms, and buildings across the site.
- Regularly operate instruments, tools, equipment, and controls, requiringbending, squatting, stretching, and reaching.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move equipment weighing up to25 pounds, with potential occasional lifting of up to50 pounds.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring close-range and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment, including printers and copiers.
- May be required to handlehazardous waste in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including identifying, handling, accumulating, storing, and labeling hazardous materials.
- Work may involve exposure to laboratory hazards, includingextreme temperatures, biological materials, and hazardous chemicals.
- May be required to completeMedical Clearance, Respiratory Protection Training, and Fit Testing for respirator use when required by the laboratory environment.
