CRM Data & Support Coordinator
from 🇬🇧 United Kingdom
We are looking for a CRM Data & Support Coordinator to join La Fosse and play a hands-on role in keeping our commercial database accurate, well-maintained and easy to use, while providing light-touch IT support to the wider team.
La Fosse is on an exciting journey of digital transformation, and our CRM (Bullhorn) is the platform our consultants and commercial teams rely on every day. Getting the data right, and keeping it right, is fundamental to everything else we want to achieve.
This is an operational, detail-focused role that sits at the intersection of data quality, frontline commercial support and light-touch IT. You will be the first port of call for CRM queries from the business, you will own the day-to-day data cleansing, record management and administrative tasks that underpin the integrity of our platform, and you will help our consultants with basic hardware and desk-level IT questions. You will work closely with the Systems and Integration Manager, who will direct your priorities, coach you up on Bullhorn, and support your broader development.
What you will be doing
Day-to-day CRM support
- Acting as the first line of support for CRM queries from consultants, EAs and team leads, helping with how-to questions, record management and straightforward troubleshooting.
- Triaging support requests, resolving straightforward issues directly and escalating more complex problems to vendor support and the Systems and Integration Manager.
- Maintaining a support log and tracking recurring issues that may warrant platform or training interventions.
- Delivering user onboarding sessions for new starters and keeping user guidance materials up to date.
Data cleansing and record management
- Executing the ongoing data cleansing backlog by identifying and merging duplicate records, correcting field-level errors and standardising data to agreed formats.
- Conducting proactive data quality checks across candidate, contact and company records.
- Monitoring agreed data quality metrics and flagging emerging issues to the Systems and Integration Manager.
- Supporting GDPR-related data tasks, including Right to Erasure requests, data minimisation checks and record archival in line with retention schedules.
Operational administration
- Assisting with bulk data updates, list management and field population tasks as directed.
- Supporting job board feed management and candidate record maintenance linked to active campaigns.
- Assisting with user administration tasks, including creating accounts, updating permissions and maintaining access logs under the direction of the Systems and Integration Manager.
- Contributing to the documentation of standard operating procedures for CRM data management.
Light-touch IT support
- Acting as the first port of call for everyday hardware queries, including simple peripheral swaps, laptop set-up for new starters and basic desk-side troubleshooting.
- Maintaining an asset register of IT equipment and its assignment across the team.
- Raising tickets with our managed IT services provider for anything beyond basic hardware (software issues, connectivity problems, account or access issues) and tracking them through to resolution.
- Acting as the local point of contact for our managed IT services provider when on-site or coordinated activity is required.
Reporting and insight
- Running standard CRM reports and dashboards as requested by the commercial team.
- Flagging data anomalies or patterns that could indicate wider data quality or process issues.
- Supporting the Systems and Integration Manager in preparing regular data quality summaries for stakeholders.
What good looks like
- Commercial teams receiving prompt, helpful responses to their CRM and IT queries.
- The data cleansing backlog reducing, with measurable improvements in record quality over time.
- Candidate, contact and company records that are accurate, deduplicated and GDPR-compliant.
- New starters fully set up and supported from day one.
- Clear documentation and consistent processes that allow others to pick up work with ease.
What we are looking for
Essential
- Hands-on experience administering a CRM or comparable data platform, with confidence navigating the system, searching records, editing fields and running basic reports.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work methodically through large volumes of data while maintaining accuracy.
- An organised and structured approach to managing multiple priorities and triaging competing requests.
- Strong communication skills with a patient, approachable style when supporting non-technical users.
- A genuine interest in data quality and the impact that well-maintained data has on business performance.
- Comfortable providing light-touch IT support, including helping colleagues with basic hardware and liaising with our managed IT provider for more complex issues.
Preferred
- Working knowledge of Bullhorn or the aptitude and willingness to learn with support from the Systems and Integration Manager.
- Previous experience within a recruitment business in a coordinator, analyst, operations or data support role.
- Familiarity with GDPR obligations, particularly around candidate and customer data.
- Experience using Excel or similar tools for data validation and manipulation.
- Exposure to CRM modules beyond core record management, such as analytics, automation or marketing integrations.
- Ambition to develop into a senior CRM administrator or data management role over time.
