HGV Class 1 Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experiencedHGV Class 1 Driver to join a busy and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for consistent work, competitive rates, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 1 (Category C+E) vehicles.
• Complete deliveries and collections in a timely manner.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Ensure all paperwork and delivery documentation is completed accurately.
• Adhere to all Driver Hours, WTD, and road transport regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service when representing the business.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good knowledge of UK driving regulations.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Reliable, professional, and flexible approach to work.

If you are a motivatedClass 1 Driver looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, courier operations, warehouse operations, or a related field required.

Certification in dangerous goods handling, cold chain logistics, forklift operation, licensure in commercial vehicle operation appropriate for assigned vehicle class and transported materials or equivalent preferred.
