Ecolabis seeking aLaboratory Technologistto join our teamin(City, State –if applicable).As a Laboratory Technologist,you’ll support the development of new processes and test methods by performing stability testing, process characterization, and quality analysis.You’ll alsomaintain and troubleshoot lab instruments, contribute to continuous improvement, and grow into a subject matter expert—eventually mentoring and training new technicians as part of a high-performing team. 

HowYou’llMake anImpact:  

• Assist in development of formulations for a variety of applications  

• Participate in scientific discussion, critical thinking and innovation projects 

• Assist inmaintaining the productivity and organization of a process lab 

• Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures and experiment in creation of new test methods 

• Assist in experimental process execution and analysis 

• Use laboratory equipment and complex pieces of equipment 

• Maintain aclean and safe workspace; be a safety leader for the lab 

• Make measurements, performseveral quantitative and qualitative tests, performdata analysis,evaluateexperimentalresults and investigate new process test methods 

• Writesummaries, procedures andappropriate documentation and supply to internal customers 

• Uselaboratory/process equipment and perform troubleshooting/preventative maintenance as needed

Minimum Qualifications:  

• High School Diploma/GED  

• 6 years of lab/chemical experience 

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) 

• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or relevant science discipline 

• Proficiency andexpertise in utilizing, calibrating, andmaintaining technical laboratory equipment 

• Experience with statistical methods for data analysis and trending 

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including excellent oral and technical writing capabilities 

• Experience multi-tasking and managingnumerous projects simultaneously
