Transport Coordinator

Pierre angulaire de notre écosystème, notre site logistique de Bretigny-Sur-Orge répond à tous les besoins logistiques de nos clients internes et externes. Il est un véritable "hub", une plateforme centrale pour toutes nos opérations de Supply Chain, où transitent l'ensemble de nos composants et produits finis, et cadence l'ensemble de la distribution de nos produits au national et à l'international. 
Outre ce site central, nous disposons d'une plateforme logistique aux Etats-Unis, pour réceptionner les produits finis à destination du marché américain (US et LATAM), sur laquelle transitent beaucoup de nos opérations. 
 
Nous recherchons notre futur(e) Transport Coordinator. À ce titre, vous serez localisé(e) à Brétigny-sur-Orge au sein de notre entrepôt central, mais serez amené majoritairement à gérer des flux internationaux en export. 

 
Ce à quoi vous contribuerez au quotidien : 

• Recueillir les différents besoins transports.  
• Organiser les plannings, collecter les besoins spécifiques et répartir la charge des chauffeurs. 
• Préparer et communiquer les instructions de livraison aux partenaires de transport. 
• Saisir les besoins transport sur les plateformes transporteurs. 
• Réaliser les documents d’expédition pour l’export de marchandises. 
• S’assurer du respect des horaires de livraisons. 
• Supporter l'équipe projet dans les transformations métier. 

Ce qu'il vous faudra pour réussir : 

• Une formation BAC+2/3 (BTS, BUT, licence, licence pro, …) en commerce international, transport ou logistique (Exemple : BTS Commerce International / BUT Transports, …). 
• Une première expérience dans un univers industriel ou chez un prestataire logistique dans le B2B.  
• Une connaissance de l'organisation de la chaîne de transport international multimodal. 
• Une connaissance de la réglementation du commerce international (incoterms, ...). 
• Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et connaissance d’un outil logistique type ERP (Microsoft DYN365 idéalement, Sage, SAP…). 
• Niveau d'anglais professionnel (B2), compréhension des standards opérationnels.
