Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead a team of Managers and Specialists to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for pipeline generation across North American new logo sales territories.
- Work with key stakeholders to plan field events and regional conferences, delegating tasks and ownerships among team members.
- Assist team members in the development of email marketing campaigns and BDR outreach.
- Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.
- Proactively communicate plans and tactical details across sales and marketing to build strong relationships and alignment.
- Apply KPIs, analytics, and insights to better profile, target, and re-target prospects; drive continual optimization of campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative team to develop effective marketing assets to support programs.
- Understand and keep up with industry trends that impact and highlight customer pain points to help target messaging.
- Align tactics (such as events, webinars, online advertising, content syndication, outbound emails, target account advertising, etc) and content to the buyerâs journey.
- Refine and optimize all activities to maximize return on investment, with a focus on sales qualified opportunity generation and conversion through the marketing funnel.
Education, Experience & Skills
- 10+Â years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing and/or sales.
- Management experience with 1 or more direct reports.
- Experience marketing/selling SaaS and cloud-based solutions strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel across North America (10-15% travel), primarily within the United States, with occasional international travel.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams with the ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with Partners, Sales and Support.
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com preferred).
- Ability to learn new MarTech tools as needed.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data based on KPIs to make day-to-day business decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelorâs Degree preferred.
