Sous la supervision dâunmanager Deal Maker expĂ©rimentĂ©, vous contribuerez Ă gĂ©nĂ©rer et concrĂ©tiser de nouvelles affaires sur un pĂ©rimĂštre transversal (clients de toutes industries pour des projets allant de quelques centaines de K jusquâĂ plusieurs millions dâeuros)

Lâobjectif principal du stage est de vous former aux pratiques commerciales et celles inhĂ©rentes aux Ă©tapes dâun engagement commercial (crĂ©ation de la rĂ©ponse commerciale, mĂ©thodologie de vente, relationnel client, contractualisationâŠ) afin de prĂ©parer votre intĂ©gration Ă©ventuelle commeDeal Maker junior Ă lâissue du stage. Vous participerez tant aux coulisses internes de la gestion commerciale quâaux Ă©changes avec les clients, en Ă©voluant progressivement vers davantage de responsabilitĂ©s.

âąÂ    Support Ă la relation client : Vous contribuez Ă Ă©laborer la stratĂ©gie commerciale, lâidentification des dĂ©cideurs clĂ©s (power map), comprĂ©hension des processus de dĂ©cision et stratĂ©gie de couverture commerciale adaptĂ©e, Ă Ă©tablir une relation de confiance avec les interlocuteurs clĂ©s des clients. En binĂŽme avec votre manager, vous veillerez en continu Ă la satisfaction des clients, en anticipant et en traitant leurs besoins tout au long des projets.

âąÂ    PrĂ©paration des propositions commerciales : Vous participez Ă lâĂ©laboration et Ă la rĂ©daction des offres commerciales adaptĂ©es aux attentes de chaque client. Cela inclut la prĂ©paration de prĂ©sentations percutantes sous PowerPoint ou Word, la modĂ©lisation dâoffres financiĂšres de base sous Excel, et lâintĂ©gration des Ă©lĂ©ments techniques fournis par nos experts afin de proposer des solutions sur mesure.

âąÂ    Coordination des parties prenantes internes : Vous organisez et prenez part Ă des rĂ©unions internes de suivi (rĂ©unions dâĂ©quipe, daily stand-up, comitĂ©s dâavancement). Ă ce titre, vous assurez une communication efficace entre les diffĂ©rentes entitĂ©s (ventes, avant-vente, technique, juridique, RH, delivery) pour garantir la bonne comprĂ©hension et lâalignement de tous sur lâavancĂ©e des dossiers clients.

âąÂ    Suivi des processus et conformitĂ© : Garant(e) du respect des processus internes, vous aidez Ă maintenir la rigueur administrative sur les dossiers (suivi des checklists internes, prĂ©paration des comitĂ©s dâengagement, vĂ©rification de la conformitĂ© des contrats aux standards Kyndryl). Vous intervenez Ă©galement en soutien Ă la gestion de projet commercial, en veillant au respect des Ă©chĂ©ances et Ă la qualitĂ© des livrables.

âąÂ    MontĂ©e en compĂ©tence progressive : Au dĂ©marrage, vos missions seront centrĂ©es sur lâanalyse et la prĂ©paration en back-office (recherches de marchĂ©, synthĂšses dâinformations, reporting dâactivitĂ©). Au fil du stage, vous serez amenĂ©(e) Ă participer aux rendez-vous clients, aux prĂ©sentations dâoffres, jusquâĂ co-animer certaines rĂ©unions avec votre tuteur, afin de dĂ©velopper vos compĂ©tences en nĂ©gociation commerciale et en gestion dâengagement.

Ă lâaise avec les outils collaboratifs typeTeams,SharePoint ainsi que les solutions dâIA interne (Copilot, ChatGPT).
Un bon niveau dâanglais professionnel est demandĂ© pour communiquer dans un contexte international.
