Technical Business Analyst (US/APAC Support)

The Opportunity:
Weâre looking for a technically curious, client-focused problem solver to join our global support team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work, digging into technical issues, analysing data, and helping clients solve problems. Youâll work across support, troubleshooting, configuration, and operational delivery â partnering closely with both clients and internal teams.
Weâre not looking for someone who simply closes tickets. Weâre looking for someone proactive, eager to learn, and excited by technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Working Hours:
This role supports international teams acrossAPAC and theUS and therefore requires flexibility to work aligned regional hours.
Candidates should be comfortable working one of the following shifts:
- APAC hours: 00:00 â 09:00 SAST
- US hours: 17:00 â 03:00 SAST (or 16:00 â 02:00SAST during US daylight savings)
What Youâll Do:
- Investigate and resolve client support issues
- Analyse and troubleshoot data using SQL
- Work with structured data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and XLSX
- Support reporting production cycles and operational processes
- Implement configuration updates and solution enhancements
- Collaborate with technical and client-facing teams across regions
- Build a deep understanding of Kurtosys products and client environments
What Weâre Looking For:
- 3â5 yearsâ experience in a technical support, technical BA, or client-facing technical role
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data
- Exposure to APIs, JSON/XML, or structured data environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Someone who is curious, collaborative, humble, and takes ownership
Nice to Have:
- JavaScript debugging or scripting exposure
- SaaS or platform support experience
- Exposure to financial services or asset management
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
