Waking Night Care Professional

We’re looking for aWaking Night Care Professional (5 nights a week) to join our brilliant team inMaidenhead and Windsor, providing overnight care inMaidenhead, starting as soon as possible. You’d make a genuine difference to our clients’ lives - helping them stay safe, comfortable and independent at home through the night.

We offerflexible contracts and real career progression, including funded diplomas.

No experience required - we provide full paid training and detailed support from day one.

What Will You Do?

•Stay awake and alert through the night, ready to provide care and support whenever it’s needed

•Support with personal care and continence care (if required)

•Assist with mobility, repositioning and safe transfers (if required)

•Monitor medication schedules and support clients with medication (if required)

•Offer reassurance and companionship to clients who are unsettled at night

•Keep accurate and up-to-date records of the care provided

Who Are You?

•A caring individual with a strong work ethic and genuine compassion

•An excellent communicator with great people skills

•Reliable, alert and comfortable working through the night

•Professional, respectful and trustworthy in all situations

•Physically able to support clients with personal care tasks

•A driver with a valid licence and access to a vehicle for work

•Happy to undertake a right to work check and DBS check (fully paid by us)
