Become part of our IT team and grow from supporting EDI processes to becoming an expert in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Bitrix24, and SharePoint. This is a unique opportunity for a student in their final years of study or a recent graduate looking for a long-term development path in business systems administration and support.
Manage and support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes with customers, partners, and service providers.
Monitor EDI transactions, investigate issues, and coordinate their resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Bitrix24, and SharePoint, assisting users with day-to-day system-related requests.
Participate in onboarding new customers, business partners, and system integrations.
Create and maintain clear process documentation, user guides, and support procedures.
Higher education completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Strong interest in IT systems, business applications, and process improvement.
Fluency in English and Latvian; other language skills will be considered an advantage.*
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability and motivation to learn new systems quickly and grow into a broader business systems role.
