KPMG Ukraine is looking for (Senior) Payroll Accountant with solid knowledge of accounting, payroll and tax legislation.
Requirements:
- Manage payroll and accounting outsourcing engagements, covering end‑to‑end payroll processing and employee settlements
- Oversee payroll calculations and payments, including compensation, leaves, benefits, and termination settlements, via client‑bank systems
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely payment of payroll‑related taxes and contributions, including PIT, military levy, SSC, and benefits‑related taxes
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll and tax reporting and manage interactions with regulatory authorities
- Coordinate management and tax accounting services, prepare management and tax reports, and lead financial statement preparation/review with advisory support on payroll, accounting, and tax matters
- Knowledge and practical experience (will be a benefit), or readiness to learn other accounting areas
- Develop junior team members through clear guidance, coaching, and constructive performance feedback
