Key responsibilities

  • Central mailbox coordination

  • Proactively managing deadlines by being in touch with internal teams and clients 

  • First point of contact in terms of complex client queries

  • Workflow administration (request and review status administration)

  • Preparation of invoices and multi-firm engagement agreements

  • Support with management report preparation for Operations Managers

Requirements

  • University/College degree

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • Ability to identify potential problems and issues

  • Excellent organization skills and effective communication skills

  • Precision, reliability, and client orientation

  • Good computer skills, basic knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint are a must

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience in pivot and trending analysis, is a great advantage
