Key responsibilities
Central mailbox coordination
Proactively managing deadlines by being in touch with internal teams and clientsÂ
First point of contact in terms of complex client queries
Workflow administration (request and review status administration)
Preparation of invoices and multi-firm engagement agreements
Support with management report preparation for Operations Managers
Requirements
University/College degree
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to identify potential problems and issues
Excellent organization skills and effective communication skills
Precision, reliability, and client orientation
Good computer skills, basic knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint are a must
Advanced knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience in pivot and trending analysis, is a great advantage
