Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Research & Strategic Projects

• Compile industry research and market intelligence for senior management.

• Support preparation of presentations for investors, management committees, and business reviews.

• Assist with fundraising, product development, and strategic planning initiatives.

• Participate in special projects relating to ESG, data analytics, and market opportunities.

2. Fund & Portfolio Management

• Assist in monitoring portfolio performance across APAC investments.

• Support quarterly portfolio reporting, AUM analysis, and investor reporting processes.

• Help track key asset management metrics including occupancy, rental growth, leasing activity, valuations, and capital expenditure.

3. Investment & Financial Analysis

• Assist with financial modelling and investment underwriting for potential acquisitions and developments.

• Conduct market research on sector fundamentals, supply-demand dynamics, rental trends, and transaction activity.

• Prepare investment memoranda, presentation materials, and supporting analysis for internal discussions.

Qualifications&Requirements:

• PursuingorrecentlygraduatedwithadegreeinFinance,Economics,Business,Accounting,Mathematics,Statistics,orarelateddiscipline.

• Priorinternshipexperienceinassetmanagement,wealthmanagement,investmentbanking,research,consulting,orbroaderfinancialservicesispreferred.

• Abletocommittoafull-timeinternshipfromJanuarytoMarch2027.

• Goodunderstandingoffinancialmarkets,investmentproducts,andbasicportfolioconcepts.

• Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.

• Stronganalyticalandquantitativeskills,withtheabilitytointerpretfinancialdataandinformation.

• ProficientinMicrosoftExcelandPowerPoint.

• Highlyorganized,withstrongattentiontodetailandaccuracy,andtheabilitytomanagemultipleprioritieseffectively.

• Proactive,collaborative,andeagertolearn,withtheabilitytothriveinafast-pacedenvironment.
