Role Purpose:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join the APAC BPS team as aDC Process, Parts Pricing Excellence Specialist.

This role will focus on drivingend-to-end process excellence across Distribution Center (DC) operations in the APAC region, includingparts pricing and commercial governance, ensuring standardisation, operational efficiency, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driveend-to-end process excellence for APAC Distribution Centers (DCs)
• Lead harmonisation and continuous improvement ofDC operational processes across APAC
• Manage and supportparts pricing excellence, including pricing calculations, regional uplifts, and discount structures
• Ensure effective deployment and governance ofregional pricing strategies across DC units
• Collaborate with country teams to align onpricing policies, parts excellence practices, and commercial effectiveness
• Support business growth initiatives by enhancingsupply chain, pricing, and DC efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders includingoperations, supply chain, IT, and business teams
• Prepare and presentperformance dashboards, pricing insights, and process updates in regional and global forums
• Participate actively inregional and global meetings, contributing to process and pricing standardisation initiatives
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 6–7 years of relevant experience (Job Level JL6 / JL7)
• Strong hands-on experience inSAP MM, WM, and QM modules
• Proven expertise inDistribution Center (DC) end-to-end processes and execution
• Experience inparts pricing, pricing calculations, and commercial frameworks
• Solid understanding ofsupply chain, warehouse operations, and parts lifecycle management

• Ability to work in across-cultural and global environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills

• Fluent inEnglish (written and spoken)
• Ability to effectivelyengage with global stakeholders across APAC and EMEA regions
• Strong capability toprepare and deliver presentations in regional and global calls
• Comfortable working in ahybrid working model
• Flexibility to collaborate acrossdifferent time zones
