What you'll do
Support the monthly KPI reporting cycle, including data collection, consolidation, dashboard updates, coordination with KPI owners, and the onboarding of new KPIs
Maintain and further develop IT asset repositories, such as the application and technology portfolio, ensuring accurate information on ownership, lifecycle, and compliance, while supporting internal communication on updates
Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly audit reports and follow up on action items to ensure their timely completion
Maintain project data in tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and MS Office, and support regular reporting as well as tracking activities
Contribute to documentation, reporting, governance forums, and administrative tasks to ensure consistency and scalability
Who you are
Enrolled bachelor’s or master’s student in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business/ Management or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, comfortable managing data quality and metadata in repositories and trackers
Ideally, you already have hands‑on experience with ServiceNow and Jira
Clear and confident communicator in English, optimally also German, able to collaborate across teams and follow up on actions diplomatically
A proactive team player who enjoys a diverse, international environment, works independently, and confidently uses M365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Think-Cell)
