Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organizedCasino Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is central to the planning, execution, and analysis of online casino promotions and campaigns. You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, CRM, compliance, design, and operations to ensure every promotion is launched flawlessly, runs smoothly, and delivers measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Retention Strategies: Design and implement customer retention initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform strategies that enhance customer loyalty.
- Plan & schedule promotions: Support the end-to-end promotional calendar, including concept development, briefing creative assets, and ensuring all milestones are met.
- Execute campaigns: Coordinate the setup and launch of online casino promotions (e.g., bonuses, tournaments, free spins, themed events) across all required platforms and channels.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Act as the main point of contact between marketing, CRM, design, product, operations, compliance, and customer support teams to ensure successful delivery of promotions.
- Quality assurance: Check promotional terms, mechanics, and set-ups to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience.
- Performance tracking: Monitor live promotions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reporting mechanisms are in place.
- Analysis & optimization: Produce post-campaign reports, analyze KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention, ROI), and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
- Compliance & governance: Ensure all promotions follow internal control standards, regulatory guidelines, and responsible gaming policies.
- Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with competitor activity, market trends, and promotional best practices in iGaming.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in promotions, campaign management, CRM, or marketing—preferably within online gaming, iGaming, or digital consumer industries.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and comfort working with campaign data.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in online gaming (preferred but not essential).
