No Experience Required

Our in-house Sales Program trains you on roof inspections, the insurance claims process, and how to pitch and close with confidence. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners instorm-affected neighborhoods
• Act as a trusted consultant, guiding homeowners through inspections and insurance claims—never handing them a $20K bill yourself
• Knock on doors and offerfree roof inspections
• Conduct roof inspections and submit lead information
• Attendweekly team meetings and trainings
• Closepersonal deals and company-provided leads
