Entry Level Customer Care Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Care Specialist to join Keyvoto's growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving problems behind the scenes, and wants to grow alongside a dynamic team in the SaaS and retail tech space. You won't be working in a traditional customer-facing role. Instead, you'll be an essential part of our project execution force, supporting Account Managers in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
What You'll Do:
- Support Account Managers in the day-to-day execution of client projects
- Research and collect data, product information, and digital assets from various online sources to ensure project completion
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track and deadlines met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout each project lifecycle
- Identify gaps or missing information and proactively flag or resolve them
- Contribute to process improvements that make the team more efficient
- Strong computer literacy and comfort navigating digital tools and platforms — this is a must
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A true team player who thinks collectively, not individually
- Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to roll up their sleeves
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
