🎯 The Role

As anAI & Data Solutions Architect, you will work at the intersection ofdata, technology, and business, helping shape and deliver the next generation ofAI-powered solutions for Keyrus and our clients.

This is ahighly hands-on role, combining strong engineering foundations, deep data expertise, and practical experience applying modern AI technologies to solve real business challenges.

You will work closely withclients, delivery teams, technology leaders, and the CTO to transform ideas intoscalable, production-ready solutions that create measurable business value.

We’re looking for someone who iscurious, self-driven, and passionate about continuous learning, with the ability tosolve complex problems and turn innovation into practical outcomes.

⏰Working hours: Full-time (40h/week)
💵Compensation: £58k – £87k (Senior) or £83k – £108k (Principal)

💥 Your Impact

In this role, you will:

• Design, build, and deliverAI-powered solutions end-to-end, from concept to production

• Developend-to-end data and AI applications (data ingestion, processing, orchestration, APIs, user interfaces)

• Leverage modern technologies, includingLLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, and cloud data platforms

• Work directly with clients tounderstand business problems and translate them into scalable solutions

• Definesolution architectures combining AI, data, cloud, and engineering best practices

• Buildreusable accelerators and frameworks across client engagements

• Collaborate with delivery teams and leadership to drivetechnical excellence and innovation

• Presentarchitectural decisions and solution designs to technical and business stakeholders

• Contribute topre-sales, workshops, and solution-shaping activities

• Stay at the forefront ofemerging AI technologies and identify opportunities

👤 What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• 10+ years of experience inSoftware Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, or Solution Architecture

• Proven track record of deliveringproduction-grade solutions

• Strongsoftware engineering background with hands-on development

• AdvancedPython programming skills

• Strong understanding ofsystem design and application architecture

• Deep experience withdata platforms and large-scale data processing

• Experience withcloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Experience withDatabricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar

• Experience designingAPIs and distributed systems

• Hands-on experience deliveringGenerative AI solutions (LLMs, agents, RAG)

• Experience withAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, etc.)

• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills

• Strongconsulting mindset and client-facing experience

• Ability to engage withboth technical and non-technical audiences

• Fluent English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience inconsulting or technology advisory environments

• Experience building AI products, platforms, or reusable accelerators

• Experience as atechnical lead or trusted advisoron complex engagements

• Experiencepresenting technical solutions to executive andC-level audiences.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.
