Performance Marketing Manager

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

• Planning media activities and optimizing channel mix across digital platforms.

• Managing advertising budgets to maximize ROAS, revenue, profit and marketing efficiency.

• Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance based on key KPIs.

• Conducting A/B testing across creatives, audiences and messaging.

• Preparing performance reports, forecasts, dashboards, and actionable insights.

• Managing attribution models, tracking infrastructure, and marketing analytics.

• Collaborating with analytics and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and proper tracking.

• Identifying growth opportunities and testing new acquisition channels and tools.

• Overseeing external agencies and coordinating internal performance marketing specialists.

• Working with design and content teams to develop and optimize advertising assets.

• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

• Ensuring compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and privacy regulations.
