We are seeking an experienced Optoelectronics Engineer to develop next-generation sensing and imaging technologies for applications in video surveillance cameras, medical devices, robotics, aerospace systems and intelligent autonomous platforms.Ā 

You will work on cutting-edge technologies involving advanced video sensors, infrared imaging, lasers, LiDAR systems and emerging optoelectronic systems.Ā 

This role combines optics, electronics, embedded systems, and intelligent sensing technologies in a highly multidisciplinary environment.Ā

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced imaging and sensing systemsĀ 
  • Design solutions using IR, laser, and LiDAR technologiesĀ 
  • Integrate high-speed sensors with embedded electronicsĀ 
  • Evaluate emerging optoelectronic technologiesĀ 
  • Support system validation and optical characterization
  • Develop image pipelineĀ and support image signal processing steps
  • Contribute from concept through productionĀ 

RequirementsĀ 

  • MSc or PhD in Optoelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related fieldĀ 
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experienceĀ 
  • Experience with imaging sensors, optical blocks, IR systems and LiDAR technologiesĀ 
  • Strong understanding of electro-optical systemsĀ 
  • Experience with embedded or high-speed electronics integrationĀ 
  • Experience in MedTech and/or aerospace industries is highly valued
  • Knowledge with optics and optoelectronics simulation tools like Zemax, Code V, MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW or other equivalent optical simulationĀ and image analysisĀ tools
