Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees
Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area
Managing and developing the processes governing the flow of information in the supply chain
Ensuring and monitoring MRP and MRP Control, incl. material planning and procurement, production and deadline planning, customer service and delivery planning
Responsible for holding regular training and skills development sessions focussing on the SAP MRP master data and the transaction-related expertise of all MRP Controllers at the plant
Responsible for the accuracy of the master data in the system, as well as the data relating to MRP activities
Assisting Purchasing and Sales with customer and supplier escalations
Responsible for continuous improvements in the assigned areas
Strategically developing the area taking into account the company's targets and ensuring compliance with the budget
