About the role:

CLA is looking to hireTaxManagerorDirector for our growing FloridaTax practice. Locations includeOrlando, Fort Meyers, Naples, Tampa, and Lakeland.  

As aTaxDirector/Manager You Will

• Consult with clients on business processes such as succession andtax planning.
• Lead, schedule, supervise, and reviewtax engagements.
• Develop and train team members to help them buildinspired careers.
• Foster and build opportunities for our clients, communities, and people.
• Become an industry professional and attend industry-leading events and trainings.
• Perform a range oftax procedures in accordance with the size and complexity of the engagement.
• Review complex individual andbusinesstax returns.

As Our Ideal Candidate

• 6 years of experience in a large professional servicesor public accounting firm, driving strategicmanagement.
• 8+ years experience highly preferred.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance,or a related field.
• You have an active CPA certification. A JDor EA may be accepted in place of a CPA certification.
