KAMI Workforce is an HR tech startup that's eating the Philippine market alive. We need someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do — someone who walks into a room and shifts the energy.

What you'll actually do

• Get in front of business owners and HR heads — find their pain, make them see the answer
• Drive deals from first hello to signed contract — demos, follow-ups, closes
• Sit next to the founder. No layers. No politics. Just work that matters.

You might be the one if

• People have called you "a lot" — and you took it as a compliment
• You're in a new room and within 10 minutes you know how everything works
• Losing an argument bothers you more than losing sleep
• You said you'd do it. So it's done.
• You're not looking for a job description — you're looking for a target

Hard pass if you

• Need a manager to tell you what's urgent
• Think "follow up tomorrow" means sending one email

• Bachelor's degree from a top university (e.g. UP, Ateneo de Manila, DLSU, or UST)

No BD experience needed.We'll hand you the playbook. What we can't write into a playbook is the thing that makes people say yes to you.

Why this isn't like other roles

Most fresh grads spend two years fetching coffee before touching a real client. Here, week one — you're in the room. Week two — you've closed. The learning curve is vertical. So is the income.
