Senior JavaScript/TypeScript Full-Stack Engineer (GenAI-assisted development)

We are looking for aSenior JavaScript/TypeScript Full-Stack Engineer to build and ship production features end-to-end — from the database up through the API to the UI — while making AI-assisted development a genuine part of the daily workflow, not a side skill. You will own real feature work on our stack (Node.js, React, PostgreSQL/Redis, AWS or other cloud) and use tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code as production instruments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the JavaScript/TypeScript stack — frontend (React, Next.js), backend (Node.js), and the database layer
• Own tasks end-to-end: implementation, testing, code review, and documentation
• Use AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) daily to implement tasks, generate tests, debug, and explore the codebase
• Apply prompt engineering and context management to get reliable, on-target output from AI tools
• Review AI-generated code critically before merging — validate correctness, check for hallucinated logic, and understand every change shipped
• Integrate with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and third-party services as needed
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
• Resolve production issues across the stack, using AI tools to accelerate root-cause analysis where useful

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Node.js and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Daily production experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code
• Skills in prompt engineering: structured prompts, system vs. user prompts, clear context management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work fast and efficiently under real delivery pressure
• Advanced English (B2+ or higher)

• Proficiency in Python
• Background in platform engineering, observability, and reliability engineering
• Understanding of system design
• Experience configuring multi-step agentic workflows with multiple MCP integrations
• Skills in managing parallel AI agents safely (Git Worktree-based sandboxing) and designing reusable prompts and multi-step agentic flows
