⚙️ Operations Management

• 🤝 Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations, with special focus onTransport, Consolidation, Wrapping, Replenishment, and Loading.
• 🗂️ Negotiate and manage agreements withtemporary employment agencies.
• ✅ Ensure accurate and efficientpicking processes, both online and paper-based.
• 👥 Coordinatestaffing resources across operational departments.
• 🔄 Work in line withcontinuous improvement principles.
• 💰 Optimize operations while keepingcosts under control.
• 📊 Compile, monitor, and ensure compliance withbudgets and objectives.
• ⭐ Guarantee ahigh level of service for our customers.
• 🗣️ Actively use and promote yourright to speak up.

🔄 Internal Processes

• 📦 Ensurecorrect storage of articles.
• 📢 Make sure all relevant information is shared withTeam Leaders and accessible to operational employees.

🎒 WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• 🚚Logistics & Supply Chain background: Practical experience is essential; an educational background is a strong plus.
• 👩‍💼👨‍💼Leadership experience: You are an experienced leader, and experience in planning is an advantage.
• 📊Analytical mindset: You enjoy understanding processes and making data‑driven decisions.
• 🔄Versatility: You thrive in a dynamic role with a broad range of responsibilities, both as a leader and a facilitator.
• 🤝Strong relationship builder: You are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and building strong collaborations.
