BDO Dialer

Position Title: BDO Dialer(US Mortgage)
Location: Remote | Full-Time

JVM Lending, a leading U.S.-based finance and lending support company, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Dialer / Sales Support Specialist for a permanent remote position. In this role, you will focus on outbound calling to Realtors, promoting finance flyers for property listings, supporting marketing coordination, and ensuring timely execution of sales enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to Realtors to promote finance flyers for their listings
• Learn and effectively communicate JVM products, services, and value propositions to real estate professionals
• Request, log, and track finance flyer requirements accurately
• Send completed finance flyers to Realtors in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in training additional dialers and help monitor their daily tasks and performance
• Maintain accurate records of calls, requests, and completed outputs
• Support team coordination to ensure smooth daily operations
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with professional phone etiquette
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling (100+ calls daily)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized with multiple tasks
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate value propositions effectively
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience in sales, outbound calling, or real estate support is an advantage (preferred)
