OUR VISION FOR THIS ROLE:

At JUMP!, we see facilitators not as event staff โ€” but as co-designers of transformational learning journeys. The vision for theJ!Schools Facilitator role is to serve as a pedagogical partner, systems thinker, and intentional guide throughout the entire lifecycle of our school-based programs. This role goes far beyond on-site delivery. Weโ€™re seeking experienced practitioners who are equally committed to the invisible scaffolding behind the scenes โ€” from design and preparation to reflection, reporting, and refinement.

A J!Schools Facilitator brings:

  • The ability to adapt in real-time to meet emerging group needs
  • A commitment to building psychological safety and belonging

This includes making observations, tracking impact, and collaborating with students, educators, and families as co-creators in the process. If you see facilitation as a craft โ€” and schools as living systems โ€” youโ€™ll feel at home here.
