We're on the hunt for a skilledLevel Designer to strengthen our RnD team.

What are you working on?

  • Genres: Puzzle, Casual

  • Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Create Fun Levels: Design and develop levels for new puzzle games, ensuring challenging gameplay that is fun all way through

  • Difficulty Curve Management: Work on balancing the difficulty curve across levels to ensure a smooth and rewarding player progression

  • Level Editor Improvement: Contribute to improving the level editor to enhance workflow efficiency and creativity

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Level Designer, specifically in casual or hyper-casual genres

  • At least 1 year of experience designing puzzle levels (word and other hybrid puzzle mechanics)

  • Experience working with analytics and behavior metrics

  • Understanding of game design principles

  • Russian fluent

Will be a plus:

  • B2 level of English

  • A passion for puzzle games and hands-on experience with the genre

  • Basic knowledge of Unity

  • Experience using AI tools
