As part of Opera’s Performance Advertising business, you could work with advertisers across high-growth industries, helping them translate business objectives into effective advertising strategies. You will combine strategic client management with a strong understanding of campaign performance, measurement and optimization, partnering closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Product and technical teams. We are particularly interested in professionals who understand performance-driven advertising and can turn data and insights into stronger client outcomes and long-term commercial relationships.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Own and develop strategic relationships with advertisers, acting as a trusted partner on campaign performance, growth and advertising strategy.

• Translate client objectives into actionable recommendations across user acquisition, lead generation, ROAS, measurement and campaign optimization.

• Analyze campaign and account performance, identify opportunities and provide insights that improve advertiser outcomes.

• Drive account growth, retention and adoption of relevant Opera advertising solutions.

• Partner closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Product and technical teams to solve client challenges and continuously improve the advertiser experience.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in client solutions, account management or a related client-facing role within digital or performance advertising.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, ideally including user acquisition, lead generation, measurement, attribution or ROAS optimization.

• Demonstrated experience managing and developing relationships with advertisers or agencies.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into clear business recommendations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with a commercial and solution-oriented mindset.
