We are looking for an Associate- Ad Operations to join our growing team!

What will you do as an Associate- Ad Operations:

Act as a primary point of contact for publishers, ensuring timely communication, resolving operational queries, and delivering a seamless client experience.
Manage day-to-day programmatic operations
Responsible for reporting and tracking of revenue and programmatic monetization performance
Review regular dashboards and reports, highlighting trends, fluctuations and opportunities based on data
Maximize programmatic revenue through yield analysis and optimization
Monitor and maintain ad quality across our platform
Collaborate across departments to continuously A/B test and analyze new ways to drive programmatic revenue
Manage all Individual tag based programmatic partners to set up ad placements and constantly test and review results with the objective of increasing yield
Work closely with the sales team to address common customer queries on time
Create a knowledge base and design a system to ensure the publishers get what they want in the shortest time-frame
Troubleshoot product implementation with the tech team and recommend ways to improve the ad placement, demand, and ultimately yield

What are we looking for:

Mandatory Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science & Engineering
Good analytical and visual thinking skills, with the ability to identify business questions, pain points and opportunities, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, prioritize findings using different models, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Advanced expertise in data analysis; highly proficient in MS Excel.
Be consistently curious and inquisitive – learn how platforms work, and more importantly, learn how to game them
Strong written & verbal communication skills, multi-tasking, and close attention to detail are a must
Strong judgment and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, Self-starter, Curious and seeks to learn more by digging in
