• Demonstrate ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced ability in Excel required
• Filing and maintaining documents
• Flexibility to perform multiple tasks

• Answer/transferring/paging incoming calls
• Track attendance and get reports to Associates timely
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Customer service skills
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor
• Ability to respond to questions and inquires promptly and appropriately
• Ability to be flexible and open to change
• Ability to work nights and weekends

Experience and/or Education

Experience and/or Education in the following preferred:

• • • Documentation and administration skills
    • Able to type 45+ words per minute
    • Human Resources experience a plus
