Independent Driver/Sales Assistant (1099 Contractor)

• Drive the sales professional safely to appointments throughout the Orlando area in a provided vehicle.
• Load and unload client files, garments, and other materials.
• Review the schedule and provide relevant client details before appointments.
• Deliver and pick up items as needed.
• Research local prospects and organize contact information for future outreach.
• Prepare client follow-up lists and draft outreach for the sales professional to review.
• Record responses, update prospecting lists, and flag appointment opportunities.
• Answer incoming calls and complete other administrative tasks between appointments.
• Communicate regularly with the sales professional and other team members.

What We're Looking For:

• • A valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a vehicle provided by the sales professional.
  • Ability to personally carry $300,000 per incident in liability and collision insurance.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and flexibility when appointment schedules change.
  • A professional appearance and comfort interacting with corporate clients.
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
  • Comfort using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
