Location: Leesburg, VA office; projects in Washington, DC

Starting Salary: $127,000/year — higher compensation available based on experience

Position Overview

Seeking an experiencedSenior Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial and government construction projects. This position oversees subcontractors and field crews while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
• Associate degree inConstruction Management, Building Construction, or related field
• 10–15 years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor on commercial or institutional projects
• 7+ years of government contracting experience
• Proven experience managingground-up commercial construction projects, not only renovations
• Experience usingspreadsheets, email, and construction industry software
• CurrentOSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and CQC certification issued by USACE/NAVFAC
• Valid driver’s license with aclean driving record
• Ability to lift and handle50 lbs.
• Physically able to walk active job sites and regularly climb ladders and stairs to inspect work, direct subcontractors and field crews, and maintain safety and quality standards

Preferred

• Experience overseeing projects valued at$10M–$40M
• Strong background managing commercial and government construction projects
