You will work closely incross-functional teams to shape our finance solutions. As a Backend Engineer at Qonto, you'll join one of our mission-based teams, typically made up of 5 to 10 engineers and led by a dedicated Engineering Manager.
You'll work alongside backend, web, iOS, and Android engineers, as well as Product Managers and Designers, joining either:
- A Product team,building and operating features used directly by customers.
- A Platform team, developing and maintaining the scalable foundations that help Product teams move faster.
Your team owns a clear mission end-to-end. You'll contribute to discovery, make technical decisions, build and release solutions, monitor production performance, and steadily raise quality standards, following our "you build it, you own it" approach.
Beyond your immediate team, you'll stay connected with Qonto's wider Backend community through our Backend Guild, where engineers share knowledge, shape technical standards, and improve developer experience across the organization.
