As a Talent Acquisition Assistant (Apprentice),you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and the People team.

You willsupport theday-to-dayrecruitment activities for ourCentral Functions (Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing).

Your main mission will be toassist theManager in theirdaily tasks, ensuring aseamless candidate experienceandmaintaining high operational standards.

You will actively contribute to theaccuracy,quality, andreliability of ourrecruitment pipeline in afast-paced international environment.

Key responsibilities ✨

Coordinate the recruitment pipeline bymanaging interview schedulesandensuring seamless communicationwith candidates.
Source, assess, and hunt diverse talent pools:Master the art of screeningresumes to identify top profiles beyond job titles, and use a"salesy", persuasive approach to engage passive candidates throughLinkedIn andcreative outreach.
Deliver anexceptionalcandidate experience, ensuringevery applicant feelsvalued andinformed.
Optimize employer branding initiatives across social media and local activations to enhance our visibility.
Analyze recruitment metrics to monitor thehealth andefficiency of our early-career pipeline.

About you 🧑‍🚀

Educational background ideally inHuman Resources, Business, or Sales, and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years.
Job experience with a first internshiporproject experience in a fast-paced environment is aplus.
Languages & level on a native level inFrench and professional fluency inEnglish.
Tools & processes include an appetite for learningATS tools(like Lever or Greenhouse) and a natural ease withLinkedIn.
Communication skills characterized byhigh energy, empathy, and the abilitytopitchMalt’s vision convincingly.
