We have offices in Santa Clara, CA and Charlotte, NC for employees who prefer to work regularly or occasionally from an office. LeanTaaS’ iQueue for Surgical Clinics is the industry’s first end-to-end surgical coordination platform from the clinic’s front door to the hospital’s operating rooms. We are looking for a talented Product Implementation Manager to guide surgical practices through our healthcare optimization solutions, navigating complex scheduling while prioritizing patient care, building strong stakeholder relationships, and creatively overcoming implementation barriers. You’ll manage multiple customer implementations effectively, create custom workflow solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to practices, balancing technical knowledge with exceptional interpersonal skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and independently manage customer implementations, from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout, serving as the primary point of contactÂ
- Leverage deep understanding of surgical case management and perioperative workflows to guide scheduling, staffing, and operating room assignment processes, identifying and addressing any workflow gaps
- Communicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and process teams clearly understand the data and setup needs for iQueueÂ
- Oversee the technical aspects of implementation, including building data pipelines, establishing system interfaces, and customizing workflows, while documenting all specific requirements and changes
- Ensure prompt resolution of challenges while managing project progress and establishing post-implementation performance measurement
- Monitor progress throughout implementation to ensure customer readiness at go-lives; proactively resolve risks, blockers, or misalignments always with an eye toward ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
- Identify opportunities for improvement, establish clear success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend workflow enhancements, providing valuable product feedback based on customer needs
- Drive adoption by building strong relationships with practice leadership and staff and developing super users within customer organizations
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, engineering, business administration or related field or equivalent years of related experienceÂ
- 3-5 years of customer-facing work experience in healthcare implementation
- Track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles
- A maniacal obsession with customer happiness, success, and retention. You’re the type of person who will move mountains to solve problems and make people successfulÂ
- Experience with general software implementation processes
- Foundational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSSÂ
- Understanding of healthcare IT systems and data
- Experience with project management and facilitating change management
- Exceptional communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 35-50% nationwide
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Master's degree in business or healthcare field
- Background in perioperative services, including knowledge of surgical workflows
- Experience and passion for process improvement (Lean or Six Sigma training a strong plus)
- Intermediate JavaScript skills
- EMR integration experience (e.g. HL7, FHIR, Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth)
- Healthcare software customization experience
- Experience with Pendo Guide, ZenDeskÂ
- Project management certification
- Healthcare IT implementation experience
