Easybrain is looking for a skilled HR Manager for our Cyprus office, who will be a part of our current HR team and responsible for our HR processes and new recruitments. Responsibilities:- Recruiting, pre-screening, on-site/online interviews;- Coordinating adaptation and performance;- Working with current HR procedures and policies and implementing new ones;- Advising management on personnel management issues;- Handling relocation and immigration processes for new employees;- Providing support to employees and resolving any HR-related issues;- Organising corporate and social events;- Preparing various reports and ad-hoc analysis;- Supervising health and safety policies. Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in HR field, preferably in an international IT/gaming company;- Managerial skills;- Great interpersonal and communication skills;- Russian language is a must;- Very good command of the English language;- Good command of the Greek language will be a strong advantage;- Knowledge of Cyprus Labour and Immigration Law and other requirements of Governmental Authorities;- Computer Skills.
