Role Overview We are looking for aTechnical Program Manager to lead and scale our payments product initiatives. This role will act as the strategic and operational bridge between Product and Engineering, ensuring seamless execution across our paymentsecosystem.Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will own the coordination, prioritization, and execution of critical payments initiatives, driving continuous product improvement, scalability, andinnovation.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complexity, understands payment systems deeply, and can lead cross-functional execution in a startup environment.  Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex payments initiatives, from requirements definition torelease.
  • Translate high-level product vision into structured executionplans.
  • Drive alignment between Product, Engineering, and Businessstakeholders.
  • Balance speed, scalability, and reliability in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Payments Product Execution
  • Coordinate multiple payments-related workstreams, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and clearownership.
  • Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and deliverytimelines.
  • Identify technical and operational risks early and implement mitigationstrategies.
  • Continuously improve product performance, reliability, and connectivity across paymentsystems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Engineering to define architecture trade-offs and deliverysequencing.
  • Partner with Product Managers to refine scope, requirements, and impactmeasurement.
  • Communicate clearly with executives, providing structured updates and strategicinsights.
  • Align payment capabilities with merchant and enterpriseneeds.
Process & Optimization
  • Implement scalable program management frameworks and executionprocesses.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for paymentsperformance.
  • Improve internal coordination, visibility, and operationalefficiency.
  • Establish best practices for technical documentation, release planning, and stakeholdercommunication.
Technical & Business Impact
  • Contribute to long-term payments strategy and roadmapevolution.
  • Help scale payment infrastructure to support high-traffic, transaction-heavyenvironments.
  • Ensure that technical decisions align with product scalability, cost efficiency, and merchant value.
 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or complex cross-functional deliveryroles.
  • Strong understanding of payments systems, payment orchestration, integrations, or financialplatforms.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in highly technicalenvironments.
  • Ability to manage complex technical initiatives across multiplestakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, system architecture, and distributedsystems.
  • Proven ability to handle ambiguity and evolvingrequirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
  • Native or fluent English and Spanish.
