We are looking for aData & Tech Lead to provide technical leadership for a strategic project focused oncentralizing and transforming Supply Chain data for a major CPG company.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data team from a technical perspective, contributing to solution and architecture design, guiding technical decisions, and working closely with the client to connectbusiness needs, data, architecture, and engineering.

The project aims to transform a distributed data environment involvingPower Apps, Power Automate, Excel, SharePoint, and legacy systems into a centralized, reliable, and scalable data platform to support business operations and key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to theData Engineering team, guiding technical decisions and ensuring high-quality deliveries;

• Define and evolve thedata architecture of the solution;

• Design strategies fordata ingestion, integration, and transformation from multiple sources;

• Lead the migration of data fromSharePoint to SQL Server;

• Define and implementMedallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold);

• Design transactional and analytical layers to consolidate data across different Supply Chain domains;

• Lead the development and evolution ofsemantic models and Power BI solutions;

• Ensure best practices fordata quality, performance, governance, and scalability;

• Work directly with the client to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions;

• Act as a bridge betweenbusiness, architecture, data, and development teams;

• Provide technical guidance to Data Developers and contribute to the team's technical growth.

Requirements

• Solid experience inData Engineering and Data Architecture;

• Proven experience providingtechnical leadership for data teams;

• Strong experience designingdata pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and multi-source data integrations;

• Knowledge ofMedallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold);

• Strong knowledge ofSQL Server and SQL;

• Hands-on experience withPython for data engineering and processing;

• Practical experience withDatabricks and Azure;

• Knowledge ofdata modeling and semantic models;

• Experience withPower BI;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Advanced English proficiency for communication in a corporate and international environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience withMicrosoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate;

• Knowledge ofSAP and SAP data integration;

• Experience or knowledge ofSupply Chain processes;

• Spanish proficiency.
