Junior Trader

Responsibilities:

• Monitor internal order executions to ensure accuracy, timely trade confirmations, compliance with regulatory requirements and delivery of optimal customer outcomes.
• Review and analyze trading activity across over 12,000 instruments, in various asset classes including stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, futures, and forex. 
• Perform continuous Best Execution monitoring and generate reports for presentation to internal committees. 
• Develop and produce effective KPIs to evaluate and track trading data and performance. 
• Manage the processing of dividends and ensure the proper implementation of corporate actions in trading systems. 
• Work closely with other departments to improve and streamline our current procedures, systems, and tools. 
• Perform post-trade surveillance to ensure adherence to trading regulations and policies. 
• Ensure accurate pricing of products and monitor system performance to maintain high execution standards.

Requirements:

• University/College degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science/Engineering or any other Analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other language will be considered an advantage. 
• Ability to work shifts on rotation (morning/afternoon/night) Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR) 
• Nice to have: SQL or Python skills, CySec Advanced Certificate
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
