Job requirements

Job Description: Pega Developer (4-8 Years) Experience 4 to 8 years of experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Platform development. Hands-on experience in end-to-end application development and support using Pega. Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega applications using Pega best practices and guardrails.
• Develop and configure Case Management solutions, business workflows, and process automation.
• Create and maintain Flows, Flow Actions, Sections, Harnesses, Data Pages, Activities, Data Transforms, Decision Rules, and Report Definitions.
• Develop and enhance user interfaces using Pega Constellation or Traditional UI frameworks.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services, APIs, and messaging solutions.
• Configure and maintain Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, Agents, and background processing mechanisms.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega development standards and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot application issues using Clipboard, Tracer, Live UI, PDC, PAL, and Logs.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, design discussions, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure application performance tuning, optimization, and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in Pega Platform (7.x/8.x/Infinity).
• Good understanding of Pega Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM).
• Experience with: Flows and Case Types Data Pages Activities Data Transforms Decision Tables/Trees Declare Rules SLA Configuration Correspondence Report Definitions
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP Integrations.
• Knowledge of Pega Security (Access Groups, Roles, Privileges, AROs).
• Experience with Queue Processors, Job Schedulers, and Async Processing.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Deployment Manager, Git, etc.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Pega Customer Service (PCS), Pega Sales Automation, or Industry Frameworks.
• Exposure to Pega Constellation Architecture.
• Knowledge of Kafka or Event-Driven Integrations.
• Basic understanding of Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
Certifications (Preferred)
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) will be an added advantage.
