Job requirements
- Core SSE developer, Apex, LWC and Integration Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Develop custom Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce Pages.
- Configure and customize Service Cloud features including: Case Management Omni-Channel Knowledge Management Entitlements & Milestones Email-to-Case Web-to-Case Queues and Assignment Rules Service Console
- Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder (where applicable), Approvals, and Validation Rules.
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards.
- Support production deployments and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, Architects, and Product Owners for successful project delivery.
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment documentation. Required Skills
- Salesforce Development Strong hands-on experience in: Apex Programming Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components Visualforce SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows
- Service Cloud Expertise Case Management Omni-Channel Routing Service Console Knowledge Base Entitlements & SLAs Email-to-Case and Web-to-Case CTI Integration (preferred)
- Integration REST APIs SOAP APIs Platform Events Named Credentials Middleware integration experience (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.) preferred
- DevOps & Tools Git/GitHub/Bitbucket Salesforce DX (SFDX) CI/CD pipelines Copado / Gearset / Azure DevOps (preferred) Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 4-7 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- At least 2+ years of hands-on Service Cloud implementation experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce App Builder
