Role Overview

We are looking for an experiencedDirector – Analytics Platform to lead the strategy, architecture, implementation, and evolution of enterprise analytics platforms. The role requires a strong combination of analytics technology expertise, platform strategy, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive theanalytics platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, and capabilities aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprisedata and analytics platforms.
  • Drive integration of data across digital, customer, marketing, and enterprise systems to enable actionable insights.
  • Establish standards fordata architecture, governance, security, quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and business teams to define analytics requirements and solutions.
  • Lead implementation and optimization ofdigital analytics, customer analytics, reporting, and visualization capabilities.
  • Evaluate and recommend analytics technologies, platforms, and architectural approaches.
  • Drive adoption of cloud-based analytics and modern data architecture practices.
  • Manage platform performance, reliability, technical risks, dependencies, and continuous improvements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, analysts, and platform teams.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to communicate platform strategy, recommendations, and business outcomes.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience inData, Analytics, Digital Analytics, or Analytics Platform Engineering, with experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise inenterprise analytics platform architecture and strategy.
  • Experience with moderncloud data and analytics platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong understanding of data integration, data modeling, APIs, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures.
  • Experience withdigital/customer analytics platforms and enterprise reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, privacy, quality, and performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of analytics visualization and BI platforms such asPower BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience leading large-scale analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Information Security Responsibilities

  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
