Aprio is seeking a high-performing Senior Associate, Campus Recruiter to support and execute our early talent strategy across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role plays a critical part in shaping our future workforce by leading campus engagement, driving candidate pipelines, and delivering a best-in-class recruiting experience.Â
This individual will serve as a regional owner of campus relationships and recruiting strategy, partnering closely with office leadership and internal stakeholders to attract and convert top early talent. The role requires strong ownership, adaptability, and a passion for building meaningful connections with students and universities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Campus Strategy & Relationship ManagementÂ
- Own and execute campus recruiting strategy for assigned universities across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regionÂ
- Build and maintain strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations (e.g., accounting societies, affinity groups)Â
- Develop campus-specific engagement plans, including events, partnerships, and outreach strategies Â
- Identify opportunities to expand presence and enhance brand awareness across target campuses On-Campus Execution & Event Leadership:
- Lead and represent Aprio at career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and student organization engagementsÂ
- Travel extensively during recruiting season to support in-person campus activitiesÂ
- Deliver presentations, lead student conversations, and serve as a visible brand ambassadorÂ
- Partner with firm leaders and staff to ensure strong, consistent campus presence and messagingÂ
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of intern and entry-level candidates from initial engagement through offerÂ
- Screen, evaluate, and advance candidates in partnership with hiring teamsÂ
- Maintain accurate and timely candidate tracking, feedback collection, and pipeline reportingÂ
- Drive timely decision-making and ensure alignment with hiring goals and timelinesÂ
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews (on-campus and virtual)Â
- Gather feedback from interview teams and synthesize recommendationsÂ
- Support offer decision processes and candidate selection discussionsÂ
- Ensure a high-quality, consistent evaluation process aligned with firm standardsÂ
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptanceÂ
- Lead timely follow-up communications and personalized engagement strategies Â
- Partner with candidates through the offer process, driving acceptance and engagementÂ
- Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates post-offer to support yield and retentionÂ
- Contribute to broader early talent initiatives, including internship programs, mentorship programs, and campus ambassador effortsÂ
- Support recruiting-related projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiativesÂ
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Talent Development, and office leadership on hiring needs and workforce planningÂ
- Assist with event planning, program execution, and recruiting operations as needed Â

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of campus recruiting experience (required)Â
- Proven experience managing full-cycle campus recruiting and university relationshipsÂ
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently during recruiting seasonsÂ
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsÂ
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campuses, timelines, and priorities Preferred:Â
- Experience recruiting for accounting, consulting, or professional services environmentsÂ
- Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Lever, Workday) and campus recruiting platforms (e.g., Handshake)Â
