💵Compensation:€35k–€45k per year; €220–€300/day

📋 What You'll Architect

As aBI Consultant – DOMO, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.

This role is both technical and consultative, perfect for someone who can combineBusiness Intelligence expertise, hands-onDOMO development, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. You will join an established client team supporting the delivery, maintenance, and continuous evolution ofBI and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhanceDOMO dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understandreporting, data, and analytics requirements.

• Translate business needs and data intoclear, actionable insights that support effective decision-making.

• Support existingBI solutions and troubleshoot data, dashboard, and reporting issues.

• Ensure dashboards and reports remainaccurate, reliable, performant, and fit for purpose.

• Work collaboratively across business and technical teams to ensure alignment betweendata requirements and reporting outcomes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement ofBI, reporting, and analytics processes.

• Support the ongoing evolution of the client's analytics environment by identifying opportunities to improveusability, consistency, and reporting quality.

👤 Who You Are

• You are an experiencedBI or Data Consultant who enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights.

• You are comfortable working directly withbusiness stakeholders, understanding their reporting needs, and translating them into practical solutions.

• You combineanalytical thinking with a clear understanding of how dashboards and reports support business decision-making.

• You are confident working hands-on withDOMO and enjoy developing intuitive, reliable analytics solutions.

• You are comfortable investigatingdata and reporting issues and working methodically to identify practical solutions.

• You work effectivelyindependently, while remaining closely connected to a wider client and delivery team.

• You take ownership of your work and maintain a strong focus onaccuracy, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional experience inBusiness Intelligence, Analytics, Data, or Reporting.

• Hands-on professional experience working withDOMO.

• Experience developing, maintaining, and improvingdashboards and reporting solutions.

• Good understanding ofdata analysis, reporting concepts, and data visualisation.

• Experience gathering, analysing, and translatingbusiness requirements into BI solutions.

• Strongstakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.

• Professional proficiency inEnglish.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Hands-on expertise withDOMO for dashboard development, reporting, and analytics.

• Experience designing effectivedata visualisations, reports, and business dashboards.

• Strong understanding ofBI and reporting principles, including accuracy, usability, and consistency.

• Ability to analyse data and translate findings intoclear business insights.

• Experience troubleshooting and resolvingdata and reporting issues.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements intopractical, fit-for-purpose BI solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience withQlik / Qlik Sense.

• Experience with otherBI and data visualisation platforms.

• Knowledge ofSQL and broader data manipulation techniques.

• Previous experience inconsulting or client-facing environments.

• Exposure to international projects ormulticultural teams.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based onexperience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
