📋 What You'll Architect

As aTableau Consultant, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.

This role is both technical and consultative, perfect for someone who can combine hands-on development, solution design, and leadership of client delivery. We’re looking for professionals who think like architects and act like builders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree inComputer Science,Data Science,Business Analytics,Econometrics,Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience inBusiness Intelligence (BI),Analytics, orTableau Development.

• Proven experience deliveringTableau dashboards, workbooks, and reporting solutions in a professional environment.

• Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary andAgile environments.

• Professional proficiency inEnglish.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Expertise inTableau Desktop,Tableau Server, and/orTableau Cloud.

• StrongSQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Experience developing and optimisingTableau data sources, extracts, and dashboard performance.

• Understanding ofdata modelling principles and BI architecture concepts.

• Knowledge ofETL processes and data integration concepts.

• Ability to design visualisations that balance business value, usability, and user experience.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have

• Professional proficiency inDutch.

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.

• Experience supportingTableau migration or analytics modernisation projects.

• Knowledge ofDatabricks andMicrosoft Azure environments.

• Working knowledge ofPython.

• Experience withAgile/Scrum methodologies.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based onexperience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
