📋 What You'll Architect

As aSenior Project Manager, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.

This role is both technical and consultative, perfect for someone who can combineprogram leadership,stakeholder management, anddelivery excellence. We are looking for a professional who can drivelarge-scale digital and AI transformation initiatives while aligning business and technology teams around clear strategic objectives. - someone who thinks like an architect and acts like a builder.

You will lead an international transformation program that includes amajor Salesforce initiative and a portfolio ofAI Agent projects supporting Sales & Marketing functions. Working with senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams, you will establish governance, manage delivery performance, and ensure the successful adoption of transformative digital and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadcomplex digital transformation and AI initiatives from planning through successful rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives

• Define and manageprogram roadmaps, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery KPIs across multiple workstreams

• Establish and maintaineffective governance structures, including executive steering committees, status reporting, decision-making processes, and escalation frameworks

• Manage relationships withsenior business and technical stakeholders, driving alignment, engagement, and outcome-focused decision-making

• Coordinatedelivery teams, vendors, and partners across multiple programs and geographies

• Identify, assess, and mitigateprogram risks, issues, and scope changes while providing clear recommendations to leadership

• Drivebusiness readiness, user adoption, and value realisation in collaboration with product owners, sponsors, and change management teams

• Communicate program progress, achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations toexecutive stakeholders

• Ensure effective collaboration betweenbusiness, product, engineering, and AI delivery teams within remote and international environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Transformation Lead

• Proven experience deliveringcomplex digital transformation programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams

• Proven experience deliveringAI transformation initiatives and/or enterprise technology programs

• Strong experience managingbudgets, governance, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting

• Experience operating withininternational and cross-functional environments

• Professional proficiency inEnglish.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong expertise inProject and Program Management

• Excellentstakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills

• Stronggovernance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting capabilities

• Ability to translate business objectives into delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes

• Experience coordinatingbusiness, product, engineering, and delivery teams

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Familiarity withAgileand hybrid delivery methodologies

• Business-focused mindset combined with sufficient technical fluency to collaborate effectively with technical teams

Nice to Have

• Experience deliveringAI Agent initiatives or other applied AI transformation programs

• Experience withSales & Marketing transformation projects

• Experience working withSalesforce programs and the broader Salesforce ecosystem

• Exposure toMicrosoft Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure AI

• Experience inconsulting or client-facing environments

• Experience working in remote, multicultural, and international teams

• Project Management certifications such asPMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, SAFe, or equivalent qualifications.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.
