📋 What You'll Architect

As aProduct Owner / Business Analyst, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making. You will support an international client'sSalesforce initiative and portfolio ofAI Agent projects acrossSales & Marketing.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — turning business needs into clear requirements, shaping priorities, managing the product backlog, and helping teams deliver solutions that create meaningful business value.

You'll work in an international, cross-functional environment, facilitating conversations, challenging requirements when needed, and ensuring that everyone is aligned on what needs to be delivered and why.

Key Responsibilities

• Help define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities for Salesforce and AI Agent initiatives, aligned with business objectives.

• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring that work is clearly defined and focused on business value.

• Refine user stories and acceptance criteria, making requirements clear and actionable for development teams.

• Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements with Sales & Marketing stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into practical requirements and user stories for technical and development teams, including AI Agent use cases where relevant.

• Act as a key point of alignment between business owners, technical teams and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity around scope, priorities, decisions and expected outcomes.

• Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement sessions and other collaborative activities in an international environment.

• Track delivery progress, clarify open questions and help resolve blockers or ambiguities as requirements evolve.

• Support functional validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring delivered solutions meet agreed requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close communication and collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.

🛠️ What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proven experience translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements.

• Experience working with product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Experience working with development or delivery teams in anAgile environment, such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.

• Experience supporting functional testing and/or User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong coordination with business and technical stakeholders.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business needs and translate them into practical solutions.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and balance business value, technical feasibility and delivery dependencies.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to create alignment across different teams and perspectives.

• Ability to write clear user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.

• A structured and collaborative approach to working in a remote, international environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working withSalesforce, CRM platforms or the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

• Experience withAI solutions, particularly AI Agents or applied AI use cases within business processes.

• Experience with Microsoft-based solutions such asCopilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 or Azure AI.

• Experience working withSales & Marketing processes or business stakeholders in these areas.

• Previous experience supporting Salesforce initiatives or CRM transformation projects.

• Bottom of the range
