Proposition Lead

Foxway Recommerce Mobile is looking for a commercially driven Proposition Lead to build and own our Processing Solutions.

Are you commercially minded and experienced in turning strategy into propositions that work in practice? Do you enjoy combining customer needs, business performance, and cross-functional collaboration to decide what to build, how to position it, and where to take it next?

As ourProposition Lead, you are accountable for the commercial and operational performance of ourprocessing solutions. You will define the strategy and roadmap, set clear commercial guardrails, and be responsible for launch, optimisation, and eventual sunset decisions.

About the Role:
As a Proposition Lead, you will define what we offer, why it creates value, and how we make it commercially viable, competitive, and scalable.

You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders from Service Design, Commercial, IT, and Operations, bringing these perspectives together to set a clear commercial direction for our processing solutions.

The role reports to theVP of Product and Proposition.

What you will do:

• Translate customer and market needs into clear proposition and business requirements, including customisation decisions for strategic accounts.

• Own the proposition strategy, roadmap, priorities, and value proposition for processing solutions.

• Develop and own business cases and commercial models – including pricing, SLAs, and contract structures for service-based offerings – with a strong focus on profitability, scalability, and customer value.

• Lead propositions from opportunity and development through launch, ongoing optimisation, and sunset decisions.

• Understand cost drivers and proactively drive margin improvement initiatives.

• Drive structured performance follow-up using commercial and operational KPIs.

• Support commercial teams in effectively positioning and selling propositions and engage directly with customers when needed.
  

Success in this role is measured by the commercial performance and growth of our propositions, efficient delivery to market, and the value and experience we create for our customers.

We believe you

• Have around 4–5 yearsof relevant experience, including experience in product management or a comparable commercial role.

• Have experience building or commercialising subscription, usage-based, or managed-service ("as-a-service") offerings.

• Have strong commercial judgement and business acumen, with experience owning business cases, P&L, or other commercial outcomes and a good understanding of cost and profitability drivers.

• Have experience turning strategy and customer insights into clear propositions, roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.

• Are comfortable in a customer-facing role and confident communicating with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.

• Can effectively work across functions, align different stakeholders, and influence priorities without direct authority.

• Are highly analytical, structured, proactive, and data-driven, with the ability to independently navigate complex or ambiguous topics and drive them forward.

• Arefluent in English, both written and spoken. Depending on your location, Swedish or Estonian language skills are considered an advantage.
